Committed to Ending World Poverty

Over 3 billion people on this planet have less than $2 per day on which to survive. Most are women and children. Our goal is to raise awareness about what can be done to eradicate extreme poverty in our world, in our time. AFP is not just a fundraising organization, it's an educational forum. Our meetings are designed to encourage dialogue, with the goal of discovering what it will take to create a world where the children of tomorrow are born into a life where food, shelter, healthcare and education are starting blocks – not lofty goals. In our view, extreme poverty can be eradicated. The problem has been that we've relied on only a few people to do a lot, instead of enlisting a lot to do a little.
